Our calibration and maintenance department
We are proud to have been the first to launch this service in France in the 90s. We respond to the need of our customers to have extremely accurate devices that comply with ISO standards. We offer you a contract in which we control and maintain your devices. We provide you with a calibration certificate that can be used to obtain the ISO 9001 certification. If devices can no longer be calibrated, we offer to repair them at home if possible.
OUR TEAM OF TECHNICIANS
Our technical department has more than 20 years of experience in the calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment. We are proud to have in our team of people who were present at the launch of this service. This great experience allows us to work on devices of all makes and on very old devices. Our expertise and our know-how is very appreciated by our customers. Do not hesitate to ask for an estimate so that we take care of the maintenance and the calibration of your devices.
Our repair service and trouble shooting
More than 90% of the devices we support for repairs are returned to our customers in good working order and comply with the ISO.
We are able to solve a large number of breakdowns because of the diversity of our skills. We have in our team of metrologists, electronics and precision fitters who will do everything possible to solve the possible failures of your devices.
DOING NEW WITH OLD
On a large panel of old devices we can offer retrofits. We are changing old electronics with modern components. We give a second life to your old devices.
Our remote software maintenance service
Since the opening of our IT department, we offer our customers to support them in the use of our software. We offer a wide range of services. We train to use, we adapt our software to measure, we correct the bugs, we propose new versions each year.
REACTIVITY AND LISTENING
We intervene remotely, which allows us a strong reactivity. Every customer who uses this service has a single contact who knows his environment and his specific issues.
