Device for measuring the morphology of the 3D contaminant and identify stickies in near infrared light.
Automated method of measuring stickies :
- 3D morphology of rejected particles at classification (without deformation),
- individual classification of contaminants, sticky or non-sticky effect.
A non-contact method: stickies are not pressed, real size is measured.
