Product description
DEVICE DESCRIPTION :
The robust micrometer is available in either pneumatic or manual configuration. Depending on the model, the device is operated via a hand lever or a pneumatic foot pedal. The descending speed according to standard is set with a throttle. A battery powered digital gauge measurement is mounted on the device for displaying the measurement results.
TEST DESCRIPTION :
Depending on configuration, the measuring pin is lifted via the pneumatic foot pedal or manually with the lever mounted on the side. The sample is placed in the measurement area. Then the pedal or lever is released, and the measuring pin lowers at a speed limited by the throttle onto the sample. The digital measurement gauge displays the result of the measurement.
