    • Product description

    Three versions of DFR  apparatus are available:

     

    • DFR 05 Light (Ref : KB0105338):

    Lab unit for evaluating freeness and drainage of fiber suspensions. Freeness measurements according to Schopper Riegler and Canadian Standard Freeness. Temperature compensation. Headbox dewatering module for determination of dewatering issues at the paper machine with simulation of shear forces. Equipped with a 60 mesh SR screen.

     

    • DFR 05 Standard (Ref : KB0105346):

    Lab unit for evaluating fiber suspensions. Unit is ready for manual retention, drainage and freeness measurements according to Schopper Riegler and Canadian Standard Freeness. Includes a temperature sensor, six different screens, software and a RET-20Lab valve with full retention valve functionality, but without automated detection of fibre, filler and fines content.

     

    • DFR 05 Premium (Ref : KB0105353):

    Lab unit for evaluating fiber suspensions. Unit is ready for retention, drainage and freeness measurements according to Schopper Riegler and Canadian Standard Freeness. Includes an automated dosing module for additives, a temperature sensor, six different screens, software and a RET-20Lab sensor with automated detection of fibre, filler and fines content.
