Laboratory equipment for pulp beating under standardised conditions, it is also used to shred semi cooked fibrous materials.
It refines small pulp quantities (30g), this allows the quick results obtention. The machine is used to determine the beating curve of the pulp samples. The beating samples obtained allow the production of sheets in the laboratory and to know its mechanical properties

- It can beat between 5-30g of pulp in concentrations of 5-50% (450ml maximum suspension).

- Time calculation, power absorbed in watts (continuous measurement) and power consumption in kilowatts-hours during the beating process.
- Millimetre screw for the adjustment of the roll in the rectify.
