The Dauphiné: Land of Innovation and Cradle of the Paper Industry, with Noviprofibre at its Heart! - Noviprofibre

The Dauphiné: Land of Innovation and Cradle of the Paper Industry, with Noviprofibre at its Heart!

By Noviprofibre | 28/07/2025

Did you know that the Dauphiné, with its rich history and majestic landscapes, is also a major player in the French paper industry? At Noviprofibre, we are particularly proud of our deep roots in this dynamic region.

This significant year, we are also celebrating the centenary of “houille blanche” (white coal), this hydroelectric energy that has been an essential driver for the industrial development of our region, including for paper mills. A history of innovation and sustainability that still strongly resonates with our current values.

Since our beginnings, Noviprofibre has been rooted in this industrial fabric, supporting players in the sector with cutting-edge metrology solutions. Our expertise is the fruit of decades of close collaboration with local and international partners.

We are honored to count among our clients emblematic names from the region, such as Papeterie de Vizille, Avery Dennison, the paper school INP Pagora, and Ahlstrom. These long-standing partnerships testify to the trust and performance we build together, day after day.

Our commitment to innovation and quality reflects the pioneering spirit of the Dauphiné. We continue to work towards a high-performing and sustainable future for the paper industry.

A big thank you to all our partners for this wonderful shared adventure!
